Indian Oil Corporation

Improvement pat is mainly on account of higher refining and marketing margins


'Indian oil net sales (including other operating income) of Indian Oil Corporation has increased 2.09% to Rs 178628.15 crore. Sales of Sale of Petroleum Products segment has gone up 3.49% to Rs 192,311.18 crore (accounting for 91.25% of total sales). Sales of Other Business Activities segment fell 91.70% to Rs 924.18 crore (accounting for 0.44% of total sales). Sales of Sale of Petrochemicals segment has gone down 6.19% to Rs 6,391.35 crore (accounting for 3.03% of total sales). Inter-segment sales came down from Rs 5,148.88 crore to Rs 4,314.38 crore.

Refineries throughput for H1 25-26 is 36.292 MMT with 103% capacity utilisation as compared to 34.906 MMT in H1 24-25 improving by 4%. Indian Oil’s cross country pipelines achieved throughput of 50.343 MMT in H1 25-26 as compared to 49.796 MMT in H1 24-25 improving by 1%.
