'Net sales (including other operating income)
of Indraprastha Gas has increased 11.30% to Rs 3914 crore. CNG sales volume has increased by 5% to
617.63 million standard cubic metres (mscm) in Q1FY25 compared to Q1FY24 while
PNG sales volumes increased 7% to 213.07 mscm. On an overall basis there is 6%
increase in sales volume during this period to 830.87 mscm.
Operating profit margin has declined from
16.39% to 13.05%, leading to 11.41% decline in operating profit to Rs 510.61
crore.
Purchase of finished goods cost
rose from 70.57% to 74.81%. Other
expenses fell from 11.57% to 10.67%.
Other income rose 17.15% to Rs 89.4
crore.
PBIDT fell 8.07% to Rs 600.01
crore. Provision for interest rose
19.37% to Rs 2.65 crore.
