'Net sales (including other operating income) of JSW Steel has increased 0.48% to Rs 43147 crore.  Operating profit margin has jumped from 12.83% to 17.56%, leading to 37.50% rise in operating profit to Rs 7,576.00 crore.  Raw material cost as a % of total sales (net of stock adjustments) decreased from 51.17% to 47.92%.   Purchase of finished goods cost rose from 0.17% to 1.28%.   Employee cost increased from 2.98% to 3.04%.   Other expenses fell from 32.55% to 30.27%.   Power and Oil fuel cost rose from 9.31% to 9.52%.   Other direct service cost fell from 7.86% to 4.29%.
