Jupiter Life Line Hospitals hosted a conference call on Feb 2, 2026. In the conference call, the company was represented by Dr. Ankit Thakker Joint Managing Director and CEO, along with the Senior Management team.

The company successfully completed its new hospital in Dombivli ahead of schedule. The company received all major requisite licenses.

In this first phase, the company has built the infrastructure for the full 500-bed capacity and completed fit-outs for over 300 beds at a capex of approximately Rs 425 crore.

The Dombivli Hospital will initially commence operations with 200 beds post inauguration on February 15, 2026.

The company anticipates an initial EBITDA drag of approximately two years, after which the new hospital is expected to achieve EBITDA breakeven.
