'On consolidated basis

Quarter ended December 2025 compared with Quarter ended December 2024.

Net sales (including other operating income) of Kansai Nerolac Paints has increased 3.13% to Rs 1981.99 crore.  Operating profit margin has declined from 12.23% to 12.09%, leading to 1.96% rise in operating profit to Rs 239.69 crore.  Raw material cost as a % of total sales (net of stock adjustments) decreased from 57.40% to 56.66%.   Purchase of finished goods cost fell from 7.25% to 6.29%.   Employee cost increased from 6.33% to 7.04%.   Other expenses rose from 16.75% to 17.45%.   

Other income fell 15.22% to Rs 35.21 crore.  PBIDT fell 0.62% to Rs 274.9 crore.  Provision for interest fell 2.98% to Rs 8.8 crore.  

PBDT fell 0.54% to Rs 266.1 crore.  Provision for depreciation rose 12.30% to Rs 59.97 crore.
