Expects NIM at 3.70-3.75% and ROA at 1.55-1.65% for FY2026


'Karur Vysya Bank conducted a concall on 24 July 2025 to discuss the financial results for the quarter ended June 2025 and prospects of the bank. B Ramesh Babu, MD&CEO of the bank addressed the call:

Highlights:

The bank maintains a cautiously optimistic outlook for FY2026, emphasizing the importance of managing margin pressures and closely monitoring asset quality. The performance of the bank is line with previously issued guidance,

The bank successfully front-loaded growth in Q1FY26 consistent with approach over recent years. The early bookings of assets support interest income generation throughout the year.

The sustained performance on growth, profitability and asset quality demonstrate the ongoing strength of the bank.

The business reached Rs 196024 crore at end June 2025, rising 5% qoq and 15% yoy reflecting sustained growth momentum.
