Expects to grow loan book at 18%, NIM to be better than guidance of 3.70-375%


'Karur Vysya Bank conducted a concall on 17 October 2025 to discuss the financial results for the quarter ended September 2025 and prospects of the bank. B Ramesh Babu, MD&CEO of the bank addressed the call:

Highlights:

The bank has continued to maintain a cautiously optimistic outlook for H2FY26, emphasizing the importance of managing margin pressures and closely monitoring asset quality.

The bank strategically accelerated growth during Q1FY26 to ensure that annual targets would be balanced throughout the remainder of the year.

The sustained inclusive results across all three primary metrics - growth, profitability and asset quality underscore the continued strength and resilience of performance.

The bank has achieved the significant milestone of reaching Rs 2 lakh crore in business in Q2FY26. The total business has increased 4% qoq and 15% yoy to Rs 203216 crore at end September 2025.
