'On consolidated basis

Quarter ended September 2025 compared with Quarter ended September 2024.

Net sales (including other operating income) of Lumax Industries has increased 24.24% to Rs 1008.6 crore.  Operating profit margin has jumped from 7.36% to 8.80%, leading to 48.47% rise in operating profit to Rs 88.71 crore.  Raw material cost as a % of total sales (net of stock adjustments) increased from 60.48% to 61.57%.   Employee cost decreased from 12.10% to 12.02%.   Other expenses fell from 19.96% to 17.57%.   Other direct service cost fell from 6.96% to 2.91%.   

Other income fell 14.84% to Rs 2.18 crore.  PBIDT rose 45.87% to Rs 90.89 crore.  Provision for interest fell 1.62% to Rs 18.8 crore.  Loan funds rose to Rs 989.33 crore as of 30 September 2025 from Rs 921.84 crore as of 30 September 2024.  Inventories declined from Rs 610.22 crore as of 30 S...
