Sales up 5%, net up 39%

Consolidated net sales (including other operating income) of Macrotech Developers for the quarter ended Mar 2025 has increased 5.12% to Rs 4224.3 crore.  Operating profit margin has jumped from 26.05% to 28.90%, leading to 16.60% rise in operating profit to Rs 1,220.70 crore.  Employee cost increased from 2.98% to 3.12%.   Other expenses fell from 70.97% to 67.99%.   Construction development cost fell from 62.76% to 60.77%.   

Other income rose 199.69% to Rs 196 crore.  PBIDT rose 27.37% to Rs 1416.7 crore.  Provision for interest rose 31% to Rs 151.7 crore.  Loan funds declined from Rs 7,697.60 crore as of 31 March 2024 to Rs 7,094.00 crore as of 31 March 2025.  Inventories rose to Rs 36,475.90 crore as of 31 March 2025 from Rs 33,993.00 crore as of 31 March 2024.  Sundry debtors were lower at Rs 776.30 crore as of 31 March 2025 compared to Rs 799.90 crore as of ...
