Net sales (including other operating income) of Magna Electro Castings has increased 25.20% to Rs 45.51 crore. Operating profit margin has declined from 17.25% to 16.35%, leading to 18.66% rise in operating profit to Rs 7.44 crore. Raw material cost as a % of total sales (net of stock adjustments) decreased from 31.33% to 30.16%. Employee cost increased from 12.31% to 12.71%. Other expenses rose from 39.45% to 41.18%. Other direct service cost rose from 28.00% to 31.23%.
