Minda Corporation

Sales up 16.23%, while NP up 1.73%


'On consolidated basis

Quarter ended June 2025 compared with Quarter ended June 2024.

Net sales (including other operating income) of Minda Corporation has increased 16.23% to Rs 1385.88 crore.  Operating profit margin has jumped from 11.05% to 11.28%, leading to 18.60% rise in operating profit to Rs 156.29 crore.  Raw material cost as a % of total sales (net of stock adjustments) decreased from 60.40% to 60.01%.   Purchase of finished goods cost rose from 1.93% to 2.48%.   Employee cost increased from 15.89% to 16.24%.   Other expenses fell from 10.64% to 10.08%.   

Other income fell 60.55% to Rs 3.29 crore.  PBIDT rose 13.89% to Rs 159.58 crore.  Provision for interest rose 236.07% to Rs 32.8 crore.  

PBDT fell 2.75% to Rs 126.78 crore.  Provision for depreciation rose 22.06% to Rs 56.05 crore.
