NP up 32.25%


'On consolidated basis

Quarter ended December 2025 compared with Quarter ended December 2024.

Net sales (including other operating income) of Minda Corporation has increased 24.57% to Rs 1560.29 crore.  Operating profit margin has jumped from 11.46% to 11.76%, leading to 27.84% rise in operating profit to Rs 183.52 crore.  Raw material cost as a % of total sales (net of stock adjustments) increased from 60.21% to 62.15%.   Purchase of finished goods cost fell from 1.73% to 1.32%.   Employee cost decreased from 15.81% to 15.21%.   Other expenses fell from 10.89% to 9.76%.   

Other income fell 62.93% to Rs 3.37 crore.  PBIDT rose 22.43% to Rs 186.89 crore.  Provision for interest rose 140% to Rs 28.56 crore.  

PBDT rose 12.49% to Rs 158.33 crore.  Provision for depreciation rose 14.59% to Rs 57.71 crore.  

Profit before tax grew 11.32%...
