'On consolidated basis

Quarter ended September 2025 compared with Quarter ended September 2024.

Net sales (including other operating income) of NDR Auto Components has increased 14.77% to Rs 199.96 crore.  Operating profit margin has jumped from 9.96% to 10.89%, leading to 25.46% rise in operating profit to Rs 21.78 crore.  Raw material cost as a % of total sales (net of stock adjustments) decreased from 76.93% to 74.69%.   Employee cost increased from 2.98% to 3.63%.   Other expenses rose from 10.15% to 10.87%.   

Other income fell 39.55% to Rs 0.81 crore.  PBIDT rose 20.80% to Rs 22.59 crore.  Provision for interest fell 5.75% to Rs 0.82 crore.  Loan funds rose to Rs 52.22 crore as of 30 September 2025 from Rs 35.71 crore as of 30 September 2024.  Inventories rose to Rs 55.38 crore as of 30 September 2025 from Rs 39.51 crore as of 30 September 2024.  Sundry debtors were higher at Rs 110.43 crore as of 30 September 2025 compared to Rs 89.51 crore as o...
