'On consolidated basis

Quarter ended June 2025 compared with Quarter ended June 2024.

Net sales (including other operating income) of Nestle India has increased 5.86% to Rs 5096.16 crore.  Operating profit margin has declined from 23.15% to 21.59%, leading to 1.26% decline in operating profit to Rs 1,100.26 crore.  Raw material cost as a % of total sales (net of stock adjustments) increased from 40.27% to 41.86%.   Purchase of finished goods cost rose from 2.21% to 3.49%.   Employee cost decreased from 10.47% to 10.03%.   Other expenses fell from 23.95% to 23.23%.   

Other income fell 89.67% to Rs 4.04 crore.  PBIDT fell 4.26% to Rs 1104.3 crore.  Provision for interest rose 48.01% to Rs 46.89 crore.  

PBDT fell 5.74% to Rs 1057.41 crore.  Provision for depreciation rose 39.24% to Rs 156.94 crore.
