'Net sales (including other operating income) of Oil & Natural Gas Corpn has declined 3.47% to Rs 163108.12 crore.  Sales of Offshore segment has gone down 8.69% to Rs 22,085.57 crore (accounting for 12.36% of total sales).  Sales of Onshore segment has gone down 10.49% to Rs 9,842.77 crore (accounting for 5.51% of total sales).  Sales of Refining & Marketing segment fell 4.77% to Rs 141,255.56 crore (accounting for 79.07% of total sales).  Sales of Outside India segment has gone down 37.81% to Rs 2,119.66 crore (accounting for 1.19% of total sales).  Sales of Petrochemicals segment has gone down 9.94% to Rs 3,351.53 crore (accounting for 1.88% of total sales).  Inter-segment sales came down from Rs 21,717.06 crore to Rs 15,692.71 crore.
