PNB Housing Finance

Healthy loan growth and asset quality


'PNB Housing Finance has continued to post strong 24% growth in the net profit to Rs 581.59 crore for the quarter ended September 2025 (Q2FY2026) over Q2FY2025. The loan book of the company increased 15%, while overall AUM moved up 12% end September 2025 over September 2024. The company has posted 12% growth in the disbursement in Q2FY2026. Meanwhile, the margins of the company were healthy, while asset quality remains strong in Q2FY2026.

The net interest margin was at 3.67% in the quarter ended September 2025, compared with 3.74% in the preceding quarter and 3.68% in the corresponding quarter last year. Net interest income for the quarter ended September 2025 increased 13% to Rs 750.48 crore as against Rs 661.81 crore in the same period of the previous year.

Income from operations increased 13% to Rs 2017.45 crore in the quarter ended September 2025. Interest expense moved up 13% to Rs 1266.97 crore, while other expenses (including staff cost of Rs 109.22 cror...
