PNB Housing Finance

Expects NIM at 3.7% for FY2026, on track to reduce GNPA to 1%


'PNB Housing Finance conducted a conference call on 22 July 2025 to discuss its financial results for the quarter ended June 2025. Girish Kousgi, MD&CEO of the company addressed the call:

Highlights:

The company has posted 18% growth in the retail loan book to Rs 76923 crore at end June 2025. The total loan book stood at Rs 77772 crore at end June 2025. The affordable and emerging market segment forms 37% of the retail loan book end June 2025.

The overall collection efficiency remained strong in Q1FY26, helping to reduce GNPA ratio to 1.06% and the company continues to work toward achieving 1% GNPA.

With focus on high yielding business, the disbursement in affordable segments grew by 30% and emerging market segments by 32% in Q1FY2026.

The disbursements in prime segments have been slowed down to avoid pressure on margin.

Overall retail segment disbursements increased 14% to Rs 4980 crore in Q1FY2026.
