Polycab India

Net up 56% on strong operating show


'Consolidated net sales (including other operating income) of Polycab India for the quarter ended Sep 2025 has increased 17.80% to Rs 6477.21 crore.  Operating profit margin has jumped from 11.49% to 15.76%, leading to 61.63% rise in operating profit to Rs 1,020.76 crore.  Strong expansion in OPM was supported by stronger margins in the W&C business and a one-off gain in the EPC segment.


Raw material cost as a % of total sales (net of stock adjustments) increased from 65.31% to 69.06%.   Purchase of finished goods cost fell from 3.02% to 2.00%.   Employee cost decreased from 3.56% to 3.31%.   Other expenses fell from 15.64% to 10.98%.   Selling and administration expenses fell from 0.61% to 0.46%.   Freight charges fell from 1.83% to 1.53%.   Other direct service cost fell from 6.07% to 3.73%.   

Other income fell 40.35% to Rs 45.43 crore.  PBIDT rose 50.65% to Rs 106...
