Poised to exceed FY26 annual capex & capitalization guidance

Key takeaways of the call

Works in hand as end of Jan 30, 2026 was Rs 145513 crore comprising TBCB orders of Rs 109767 crore, new regulated tariff mechanism orders of Rs 23608 crore, ongoing regulated tariff mechanism orders of Rs 9934 crore and others (smart metering, data centres, international orders etc) Rs 2204 crore.

Capex and capitalization for Q3FY26 stood at Rs 11376 crore (vs. Rs 7649 crore in Q3FY25) and Rs 9027 crore (vs. Rs 3417 crore in Q3FY25) respectively.

Capex in 9mFY26 stood at Rs   26761 crore ( against Rs 17651 crore in 9mFY25). The company as on Jan 31, 2026 has completed a capex of Rs 29200 crore thus surpassed the FY26 target of Rs 28000 crore. For this fiscal it is well poised to achieve a capex of Rs 32000 cr...
