Privi Speciality Chemicals held a conference call on 07 November 2025 to discuss the results for the quarter ended September 25 and way forward. Mr. R S Rajan - President, Mr. Narayan S. Iyer - Chief Financial Officer and Mr. Ashwini Saumil Shah - Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the company addressed the call.

Highlights of the Concall

  • The strong performance was driven primarily by volume growth in core aroma chemical products. Newly introduced products also made a meaningful contribution to revenue growth. Demand remained strong across the company’s product portfolio, reflecting Privi’s leadership position in the global aroma chemicals market

  • The company’s EBITDA margin improved to 26.8% due to process improvements, higher sales volumes, and product mix optimization. The company aims to maintain EBITDA margins in the range of 24–26% on a sustainable basis.

  • In H1FY26, Privi operated at around 92% capacity utilization, deli...
