Sahyadri Industries hosted conference call on May 28, 2025. In the conference call the company was represented by Mr Tuljaram R Maheshwari – CEO, CFO and Whole time Director.

Key takeaways of the call

During FY2025, the company’s performance was impacted due to subdued demand environment which resulted in decline of revenues by 4.6% YoY.

Despite external headwinds, the company remained focused on non-asbestos products. This resulted in increase in revenue contribution from non asbestos products from 22% in FY2024 to 26% in FY2025.

Margins were under pressure due to pricing dynamics in the domestic market, the company was able to partially offset these challenges through prudent inventory management and improved product mix. In addition relative stability in input cost supported the company to manage the expenses effectively.
