Key takeaways of the call

Expect 18-20% growth in revenue for existing business excluding smart meters in FY26. The company expects a revenue of Rs 400-500 crore in smart meter business in FY26.

Q4FY25 is a one off quarter and expect margins to revert to 10.5% as smart meter business sees its strong revenue traction in the coming quarters.

EBITDA margin in Q4FY25 was impacted by higher expenses from the new smart meter. It has incurred a expenses of Rs 8-10 crore for full year towards Smart Mete business.  Loading of expenses of Smart Meter has hit the margin in Q4FY25.  The revenue of Rs 5 crore revenues could not fully recover the cost on the smart meter plant.
