'For the quarter ending March 2023, standalone Net sales (including other operating income) of Samkrg Pistons & Rings has increased 0.45% to Rs 53.49 crore compared to quarter ended Mar 2022. Operating profit margin has declined from 18.33% to 16.10%, leading to 11.78% decline in operating profit to Rs 8.61 crore.  Raw material cost as a % of total sales (net of stock adjustments) decreased from 55.77% to 51.04%.   Employee cost increased from 13.11% to 21.71%.   Other expenses rose from 11.91% to 13.00%.   Stores consumed for sales fell from 1.42% to 0.91%.   Power and Oil fuel cost rose from 6.09% to 7.25%.
