'On consolidated basis

Quarter ended June 2025 compared with Quarter ended June 2024.

Net sales (including other operating income) of Sandhar Technologies Limited has increased 19.45% to Rs 1090.09 crore.  Sales of India segment has gone up 21.66% to Rs 967.15 crore (accounting for 88.72% of total sales).  Sales of Overseas segment has gone up 4.55% to Rs 122.94 crore (accounting for 11.28% of total sales).  

Profit before interest, tax and other unallocable items (PBIT) has jumped 4.02% to Rs 53.51 crore.  PBIT of India segment rose 28.32% to Rs 58.85 crore (accounting for 109.97% of total PBIT).  PBIT of Overseas reported loss of Rs 5.34 crore compared to profit of Rs 5.58 crore.  

PBIT margin of India segment rose from 5.77% to 6.08%.  PBIT margin of Overseas segment fell from 4.75% to 4.34%.  Overall PBIT margin fell from 5.64% to 4.91%.
