On track to achieve revenue growth of 21-23% in the medium to long term

Saregama hosted a conference call on February 03, 2026. In the conference call the company was represented by Mr Vikram Mehra-Managing Director, Mr Pankaj Chaturvedi- CFO, Mr Anand Kumar- Group Head, Investor Relations and Mr. Pankaj Kedia- Executive Director, Investor Relations.

Key takeaways of the call

In Q3FY2026 revenue stood at Rs 260 crore and PBT stood at Rs 76.5 crore. The company has taken a hit of Rs 7 crore due to changes in labor code which is non cash one time exceptional item.

Music vertical grew by 29% yoy basis during Q3. The primary reason for this growth was the release of newer content, both on Hindi and the regional side and the partial negation of the Airtel Wynk revenue in the denominator effect.

During the first 9 months, the music segment growth has come back to 18% on a yoy basis.

The primary revenue growth that the company is getting is out of the newer content investment...
