Sona BLW Precision Forgings

Quarter ended March 2025 compared with Quarter ended March 2024.

Net sales (including other operating income) of Sona BLW Precision Forgings has declined 2.19% to Rs 864.75 crore.  Operating profit margin has declined from 27.93% to 26.74%, leading to 6.36% decline in operating profit to Rs 231.26 crore.  Raw material cost as a % of total sales (net of stock adjustments) decreased from 43.73% to 42.59%.   Employee cost increased from 8.22% to 9.22%.   Other expenses rose from 20.16% to 21.01%.   

Other income rose 548.43% to Rs 55.83 crore.  PBIDT rose 12.32% to Rs 287.09 crore.  Provision for interest fell 26.69% to Rs 5.22 crore.  Loan funds declined from Rs 412.13 crore as of 31 March 2024 to Rs 202.24 crore as of 31 March 2025.  Inventories rose to Rs 348.69 crore as of 31 March 2025 from Rs 347.49 crore as of 31 March 2024.  Su...
