Star Cement

Revenue up 21.4% YoY to Rs 912.0 crore in Q1FY2026


'On consolidated basis

Quarter ended June 2025 compared with Quarter ended June 2024.

Net sales (including other operating income) of Star Cement has increased 21.44% to Rs 911.99 crore.  

Operating profit margin has jumped from 15.46% to 25.02%, leading to 96.50% rise in operating profit to Rs 228.21 crore.  Raw material cost as a % of total sales (net of stock adjustments) decreased from 24.45% to 12.05%.   Employee cost decreased from 8.09% to 7.39%.   Other expenses rose from 52.35% to 55.32%.   Power and Oil fuel cost rose from 14.90% to 15.64%.   Other direct service cost rose from 24.44% to 27.63%.   

Other income rose 29.71% to Rs 1.79 crore.  PBIDT rose 95.71% to Rs 230 crore.  Provision for interest rose 72.20% to Rs 10.16 crore.
