Subros hosted a conference call on Aug 8, 2025. In the conference call, Mr. P. K. Duggal- Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer, and Mr. Hemant Agarwal-CFO represented the company.

Key takeaways of the call

The Indian auto industry experienced a mixed performance in Q1 FY26. While, exports showed a positive trend, with passenger vehicle, exports rising by 13% YoY and two-wheeler exports increasing by 23% YoY.

During the quarter, the company’s revenue increased due to increase in volume and Railways business.

The company’s CV segment trucks witnessed a growth of 34% YoY in Q1 FY26 due to the new emerging notification implementation for aircon. CV segment bus registered a 21% YoY sales growth.

The transformation towards electrification and high-value segments such as EVs and hybrids continue to accelerate the growth prospects.
