PAT up 40.26%


'On standalone basis

Quarter ended December 2025 compared with Quarter ended December 2024.

Net sales (including other operating income) of Talbros Engineering has increased 21.16% to Rs 138.97 crore.  Operating profit margin has jumped from 11.05% to 11.09%, leading to 21.53% rise in operating profit to Rs 15.41 crore.  Raw material cost as a % of total sales (net of stock adjustments) decreased from 54.40% to 48.85%.   Employee cost decreased from 7.40% to 7.26%.   Other expenses rose from 27.50% to 32.78%.   

Other income up 263.64% to Rs 0.8 crore.  PBIDT rose 25.66% to Rs 16.21 crore.  Provision for interest fell 9.15% to Rs 2.88 crore.  

PBDT rose 37% to Rs 13.33 crore.  Provision for depreciation rose 5.44% to Rs 3.1 crore.  

Profit before tax grew 50.66% to Rs 10.23 crore.  Provision for tax was expense of Rs 2.74 crore, comp...
