'On consolidated basis

Quarter ended September 2025 compared with Quarter ended September 2024.

Net sales (including other operating income) of Tata Consumer Products has increased 17.83% to Rs 4965.9 crore.  Sales of Branded Business segment has gone up 16.94% to Rs 4,409.86 crore (accounting for 88.20% of total sales).  Sales of Non Branded Business segment has gone up 27.66% to Rs 590.16 crore (accounting for 11.80% of total sales).  Inter-segment sales rose Rs 28.96 crore to Rs 45.65 crore.  

Profit before interest, tax and other unallocable items (PBIT) has jumped 12.78% to Rs 582.49 crore.  PBIT of Branded Business segment rose 23.43% to Rs 506.52 crore (accounting for 86.96% of total PBIT).  PBIT of Non Branded Business segment fell 28.42% to Rs 75.97 crore (accounting for 13.04% of total PBIT).  

PBIT margin of Branded Business segment rose from 10.88% to 11.49%. &...
