PAT of continuing business up 91%


'Consolidated net sales (including other operating income) of Techno Electric & Engineering Company for the quarter ended Jun 2024 has increased 37.03% to Rs 375.37 crore.  Operating profit margin has jumped from 7.71% to 13.94%, leading to 147.94% rise in operating profit to Rs 52.34 crore.  Other expenses fell from 88.78% to 81.40%.   Selling and administration expenses fell from 83.12% to 73.47%.   Construction development cost fell from 83.12% to 73.47%.   Other income fell 24.25% to Rs 23.65 crore.  PBIDT rose 45.21% to Rs 75.99 crore.  Provision for interest fell 49.05% to Rs 2.15 crore.  PBDT rose 53.48% to Rs 73.84 crore.  Provision for depreciation fell 3.02% to Rs 1.93 crore.  Profit before tax grew 55.92% to Rs 71.91 crore.  Share of profit/loss were nil in both the periods.  Provision for tax was expense of Rs 18.64 crore, compared to Rs 18.29 crore.  Effec...
