The Ramco Cements

Revenue down 10.5% YoY to Rs 2397.27 crore in Q4FY2025


'On consolidated basis

Quarter ended March 2025 compared with Quarter ended March 2024.

Net sales (including other operating income) of The Ramco Cements has declined 10.49% to Rs 2397.27 crore.  

Operating profit margin has declined from 15.65% to 13.32%, leading to 23.81% decline in operating profit to Rs 319.23 crore.  Raw material cost as a % of total sales (net of stock adjustments) increased from 21.16% to 21.60%.   Purchase of finished goods cost rose from 0.01% to 0.05%.   Employee cost increased from 4.93% to 5.37%.   Other expenses rose from 57.84% to 59.44%.   Power and Oil fuel cost fell from 23.66% to 23.06%.   Freight charges rose from 22.77% to 23.97%.   

Other income fell 8.46% to Rs 12.45 crore.  PBIDT fell 23.33% to Rs 331.68 crore.  Provision for interest rose 9.22% to Rs 113.33 crore. &nb...
