'On consolidated basis

Quarter ended December 2025 compared with Quarter ended December 2024.

Net sales (including other operating income) of Varun Beverages has increased 13.98% to Rs 4204.42 crore.  Operating profit margin has declined from 15.72% to 15.20%, leading to 10.22% rise in operating profit to Rs 639.26 crore.  Raw material cost as a % of total sales (net of stock adjustments) increased from 43.52% to 44.08%.   Purchase of finished goods cost fell from 3.68% to 2.53%.   Employee cost increased from 12.22% to 13.44%.   Other expenses fell from 25.77% to 25.29%.   

Other income rose 122.02% to Rs 99.11 crore.  PBIDT rose 18.21% to Rs 738.37 crore.  Provision for interest fell 57.17% to Rs 46.69 crore.  Loan funds declined from Rs 2,826.25 crore as of 31 December 2024 to Rs 2,508.18 crore as of 31 December 2025.  Inventories rose to Rs 2,951.79 c...
