to 12.72%, leading to 41.67% rise in operating profit to Rs 67.66 crore. Raw material cost as a % of total sales (net
of stock adjustments) decreased from 54.90% to 53.62%. Purchase of finished goods cost fell from
6.55% to 6.28%. Employee cost increased
from 6.62% to 6.78%. Other expenses
fell from 22.27% to 20.59%. Other
direct service cost rose from 11.28% to 11.62%.
Other income fell 53.53% to Rs 3.55
crore.
