the quarter ending March 2024, consolidated net sales (including other operating income) of Z F Steering Gear (India) has declined 0.80% to Rs 124.13 crore compared to quarter ended March 2023. Sales of Auto Components segment has gone down 1.76% to Rs 125.99 crore (accounting for 97.33% of total sales). Sales of Renewable Energy segment has gone up 6.46% to Rs 3.46 crore (accounting for 2.67% of total sales). Inter-segment sales rose Rs 0.72 crore to Rs 1.04 crore. Profit before interest, tax and other unallocable items (PBIT) has slumped 55.63% to Rs 5.52 crore. PBIT of Auto Components segment fell 74.30% to Rs 2.74 crore (accounting for 49.64% of total PBIT). PBIT of Renewable Energy segment rose 56.18% to Rs 2.78 crore (accounting for 50.36% of total PBIT).
