Revenue up, while acquisition causes loss

Quarter ended September 2025 compared with Quarter ended September 2024.

Net sales (including other operating income) of Zydus Wellness has increased 31.97% to Rs 650.5 crore.  Operating profit margin has declined from 3.98% to 3.54%, leading to 17.35% rise in operating profit to Rs 23.00 crore.  Raw material cost as a % of total sales (net of stock adjustments) decreased from 45.40% to 40.18%.   Purchase of finished goods cost rose from 2.92% to 6.73%.   Employee cost decreased from 11.46% to 10.24%.   Other expenses rose from 35.92% to 39.30%.   Selling and administration expenses rose from 13.92% to 14.42%.   

Other income fell 65% to Rs 1.4 crore.  PBIDT rose 3.39% to Rs 24.4 crore.  Provision for interest rose 1,644.44% to Rs 15.7 crore.  Loan funds rose to Rs 3,042.00 crore as of 30 September 2025 from Rs 154.10 crore as of 30 September 2024.  Inventories rose to Rs 611.90 crore as of 30 September 2025 from Rs 350.90 crore ...
