In Q2 FY26, the company reported strong revenue growth driven by the acquisition of the new company, Pricol Precision Products.

Pricol Precision Products, a wholly owned subsidiary of the company, recorded a turnover of approximately Rs 235 crore in Q2 FY26.

At the time of the takeover, Pricol Precision’s EBITDA margin was 6.3% (March 2025). Following the initiatives undertaken by the company, the margin has grown steadily month-on-month and reached 9.5% in September 2025. Management is targeting 10–10.5% EBITDA margin in this business in the next 1–2 quarters.
