Highlights:
The BSE group has delivered a strong financial performance recording highest ever revenues of Rs 863.5 crore in FY2022. Its net profit increased by 76% to Rs 254.3 crore, driven by growth in transaction-based segments and stable listing segments.
The revenues grew 34% to Rs 204.6 crore and net profit increased 129% to Rs 74.5 crore in Q4FY2022.
The operational performance has continued to grow across business segments resulting in higher operational revenues and profits.
The dividend pay-out ratio was 95% for FY22. BSE had issued bonus shares in the ratios of two equity shares for every one equity shares held in FY2022.
On consolidation basis, the revenue grew by 48% to Rs 743.15 crore in FY2022 as transaction charges revenue increased 86% to Rs 258.85 crore, listed aggregate incom...
