Net sales (including other operating income) of Escorts Kubota has increased 22.58% to Rs 2791.56 crore. Sales of Agri Machinery Products segment has gone up 28.98% to Rs 2,446 crore (accounting for 87.86% of total sales). Sales of Construction Equipment segment has gone down 11.01% to Rs 338 crore (accounting for 12.14% of total sales).
Profit before interest, tax and other unallocable items (PBIT) has jumped 56.55% to Rs 324 crore. PBIT of Agri Machinery Products segment rose 81.24% to Rs 311 crore (accounting for 96.04% of total PBIT). PBIT of Construction Equipment segment fell 63.75% to Rs 13 crore (accounting for 3.94% of total PBIT).
