Operating profit margin has declined from 9.07% to 8.46%, leading to 4.14% rise in operating profit to Rs 139.11 crore. Raw material cost as a % of total sales (net of stock adjustments) increased from 23.65% to 27.90%. Purchase of finished goods cost rose from 30.19% to 31.04%. Employee cost decreased from 9.46% to 9.00%. Other expenses fell from 26.42% to 23.17%. Other direct service cost fell from 11.23% to 9.36%.
Other income rose 560.67% to Rs 23.52 crore. PBIDT rose 18.59% to Rs 162.63 crore. Provision for interest fell 58.65% to Rs 8.46 crore. PBDT rose 32.13% to Rs 154.17 crore.
