'Consolidated net sales (including other operating income) of Pennar Industries for the quarter ended Sep 2024 has declined 8.17% to Rs 747.61 crore. Operating profit margin has jumped from 8.63% to 10.07%, leading to 7.13% rise in operating profit to Rs 75.26 crore. Raw material cost as a % of total sales (net of stock adjustments) decreased from 61.59% to 58.93%. Purchase of finished goods cost rose from 1.18% to 1.43%. Employee cost increased from 9.28% to 10.27%. Other expenses rose from 19.55% to 19.84%.
Other income rose 0.17% to Rs 5.92 crore. PBIDT rose 6.59% to Rs 81.18 crore. Provision for interest fell 7.30% to Rs 27.69 crore. PBDT rose 15.55% to Rs 53.49 crore.
