PNB Housing Finance

Maintains loan growth guidance of 17-18% and NIM of 3.6-3.7% for FY26


'PNB Housing Finance conducted a conference call on 27 October 2025 to discuss its financial results for the quarter ended September 2025. Jatul Anand, ED, Vinay Gupta, CFO of the company addressed the call:

Highlights:

Despite the challenges the company faced in Q2, the business has continued to show steady progress on loan book growth, disbursements, and asset quality.

The company has delivered yet another strong quarter with disbursements of almost Rs 6000 crore, up 20% over Q1FY2026.

The retail loan book grew by 17% yoy to Rs 79439 crore at end September 2025, which now contributes 99.6% of the total loan book.

The total loan Book stood at Rs 79,779 crore and AUM at Rs 83,879 crore at end September 2025.

The corporate book now stands at Rs 332 crore at end September 2025 due to foreclosure of one of the corporate loans in Q2FY26.

The total account serviced by the company crossed Rs 3.5 lakhs at end September 2025.
