Sharda Cropchem held a conference call on 31 October 2025 to discuss the results for the quarter ended September 2024 and way forward. Mr. Ramprakash V. Bubna - Chairman & Managing Director, Mr. Shailesh Mehendale – CFO and Mr. Jetkin Gudhka – company secretary of the company addressed the call.
Highlights of the Concall
- Revenue for Q2 FY26 grew by 20% YoY to Rs 929 crore primarily driven by a strong volume increase of around 35%. In the agrochemical segment, volumes rose by 36.1% during the quarter, while the non-agrochemical segment recorded a 10.9% increase in volumes.
Volumes grew by 36% while revenue grew by 20%, mainly because of a shift in the sales mix toward lower-margin regions like Latin America and North America, which diluted overall realizations.
