Net sales (including other operating income) of SKF India has increased 6.38% to Rs 1283.15 crore. Operating profit margin has declined from 16.06% to 13.04%, leading to 13.60% decline in operating profit to Rs 167.33 crore. Raw material cost as a % of total sales (net of stock adjustments) increased from 23.77% to 24.02%. Purchase of finished goods cost fell from 38.92% to 37.39%. Employee cost increased from 6.83% to 7.78%. Other expenses rose from 15.26% to 17.75%.
Other income fell 62.26% to Rs 15.12 crore. PBIDT fell 21.94% to Rs 182.45 crore. Provision for interest fell 52.17% to Rs 0.11 crore.
