sales (including other operating income) of Vesuvius India has increased 6.37%
to Rs 482.22 crore. Operating profit
margin has declined from 20.95% to 17.21%, leading to 12.61% decline in
operating profit to Rs 82.99 crore. Raw
material cost as a % of total sales (net of stock adjustments) increased from
33.32% to 39.60%. Purchase of finished
goods cost fell from 21.21% to 18.07%.
Employee cost increased from 6.09% to 6.38%. Other expenses rose from 18.52% to
19.49%.
Other
income up 21.54% to Rs 9.76 crore.

fell 9.95% to Rs 92.75 crore. Provision
for interest up 3.45% to Rs 0.3 crore.
