22134.6 crore.
Operating profit margin
has declined from 20.55% to 19.12%, leading to 8.45% decline in operating
profit to Rs 4,233.10 crore. Purchase of finished goods cost fell
from 0.36% to 0.25%. Employee cost increased from 59.31% to 60.70%.
Other expenses rose from 19.78% to 19.92%. Selling and
administration expenses fell from 3.60% to 3.33%. Software
technology development services cost rose from 11.06% to 11.56%.
Other income fell 10.25%
to Rs 1066.5 crore. PBIDT fell 8.82% to Rs 5299.6
crore. Provision for interest fell 4.22% to Rs 360.8
crore.
