Key takeaways of the call

Q3FY2026

Revenue for the quarter stood at rs 412 crore down 17% yoy and up 1% QoQ.

EBITDA for the quarter stood at Rs. 41 crores up by 50% yoy and increased by 29% qoq. EBITDA margin expanded to 9.93% up by 442 basis points yoy and 220 basis points qoq.

Profit after tax was around Rs. 24 crores which increased 69% yoy and 6% qoq.

Exceptional item of Rs 3.7 crore in Q3FY2026 and the same relates to changes in labour code.

9MFY2026:

Revenue stood at Rs 1,222 crores down by 22% yoy.

EBITDA stood at Rs 92 crores which down by 13% yoy and EBITDA margins for the period stood at  7.56% an improvement of 75 basis points yoy.
