In Q4 FY25, Pricol Precision Products (a wholly owned subsidiary of Pricol) has acquired the Injection Moulded Plastic Component Solutions Division of Sundaram Auto Components on a slump sale basis for Rs 215.3 crore on 31 January 2025.

The dollar strengthened sharply in this quarter, resulting in a significant impact. However, this is not a loss of earnings, but rather a deferred recognition of earnings, which is expected to be recovered within the next six months.
