Uniparts India hosted a conference call on Feb 10, 2026. The company was represented by: Mr. Gurdeep Soni – Chairman & Managing Director, and Mr. Rohit Maheshwari – Group Chief Financial Officer.

Key takeaways of the call

Despite Q3 FY26 being a seasonally weaker quarter, management stated that the company delivered a strong performance. During 9M FY26, India contributed 15% to total revenue, while warehouse-led sales accounted for 50% of total sales.

The company indicated that the operating environment is improving. Recent tariff changes arising from India’s trade agreements with the U.S. and the EU are expected to benefit all its segments.

Management guided for mid-teen revenue growth for FY26 and FY27, with EBITDA margins expected to be around 20%.
