Key takeaways of the call
Revenue for the quarter ended June 2018 was up by 47% to Rs 2445.4 crore driven largely by 57% growth in revenue of Roads & bridges to Rs 2196.1 crore, 5% growth to Rs 202.8 crore and 936% jump in revenue of urban development to Rs 11.4 crore. However the revenue of irrigation segment was down by 51% to Rs 35.1 crore due to deflating order book.
Order book (excluding GST) of the company as end of June 30, 2018 was Rs 24090.3 crore of which 54% is EPC projects and 46% is captive work from DBL's HAM projects. Of the order book about 93% is road, highways and bridges, 6.55% mining, 0.54% urban development and 0.03% is irrigation. In terms of client 7% of the order book is from MSRDC and balance is from Central Government agencies/public sector companies.
